Refund Policy

We appreciate your commitment to personal and professional development through our offerings. Please take a moment to carefully review our policies below:

Refund and Course/Workshop Change Policy:

Once you have purchased a course, enrolled in a workshop (whether offline or online), or subscribed to our services operated by Coach Jaiminn Patell (Registered entity: Coach Jaiminn Patell, thereafter referred to as Coach Jaiminn Patell), please note the following:

  1. Non-Refundable Purchases:
    • All courses, workshops, and services provided by Coach Jaiminn Patell are non-refundable once purchased.
  2. Batch Change and Candidate Name Transfer:
    • You may choose to join a different batch (for online and offline courses or workshops) or transfer your enrollment to another candidate. Contact our support team through the respective support emails mentioned in the FAQ section of the course or workshop for assistance.
    • Requests for batch change or candidate name transfer must be made at least 48 hours before the course or workshop’s scheduled start time.
  3. Completion Certificate:
    • The completion certificate will be issued once, in the name of the candidate who attended the complete course or workshop, successfully passing the required examination or completing the given assignment (whichever is applicable).
  4. Attendance and Access:
    • Failure to attend the course or workshop will result in the candidate being marked absent, with no extended access provided beyond the mentioned validity of modules/lessons.
    • Candidates marked absent are not eligible for a refund.
  5. Discretion of Coach Jaiminn Patell:
    • Any requests for batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are at the discretion of Coach Jaiminn Patell.
  6. Technical Support:
    • For technical issues, please contact the respective support emails mentioned in the FAQ section of the course or workshop.
    • Our support team will assist you with technical issues within a minimum response time of 2 working days.
    • If we are unable to resolve your technical issue related to the course, a FULL refund will be initiated. This applies exclusively to technical issues. Refunds will not be initiated for issues related to customer hardware or software.
